Landon Baer

Landon Baer is a seasoned professional with a background in energy management and operations within Mountaire Farms since June 2020. Currently serving as the Merchandising Manager for Energy, Landon is responsible for purchasing all energy needs and monitoring contracts. Prior roles at Mountaire Farms include Packaging & Energy Specialist and Manager Trainee, where Landon gained comprehensive knowledge of the company's operational systems and vertical integration. Previously, Landon interned at Keystone Real Estate Group, LP, contributing to marketing campaigns and co-hosting community events, and held multiple internships at Mountaire Farms, focusing on purchasing and grow out analysis. Landon earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Agricultural Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship Innovation from Penn State University.
