Stephanie Valdivia

Stephanie Valdivia has a diverse work experience in the accounting and finance field. Stephanie is currently the Director of Sales & Processing Accounting at Mountaire Farms since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Perdue Farms for many years, holding various positions such as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Corporate Accounting, Sr Corporate Accounting Manager - General Ledger / Property, General Ledger Manager, Property Accounting Supervisor, SAP Business Lead Fixed Asset and Project Systems, Supply Planner, Merch Support / Hedge Accounting Supervisor, and Hedge Accounting Supervisor. Stephanie also worked as an Adjunct Accounting Professor at Wor Wic Community College in 2012 and as an Adjunct Accounting Professor at Wor-Wic Community College in 2008. Earlier in their career, they were a Cost Accounting Supervisor at Perdue Farms' Showell Processing Plant.

Stephanie Valdivia obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Wor Wic Community College from 1988 to 1990. Stephanie then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilmington University, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Later, Stephanie obtained a Masters degree in Business from Wilmington University, completing it from 2005 to 2006. Stephanie is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Maryland.
