Zach Deitrick

Zach Deitrick has a diverse work experience in the rendering industry. Zach currently holds the position of Director of Rendering Operations at Mountaire Farms since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager of Rendering Operations at Mountaire Farms from August 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Mountaire Farms, they worked as a Service Manager at Haarslev from October 2021 to August 2022. From October 2019 to October 2021, they held the role of General Manager at Progressive Protein, where they were responsible for managing the P&L, safety, retention, and business development. Prior to that, they worked as the Rendering Operations Superintendent at Prestage Foods of Iowa from September 2018 to October 2019, overseeing recruitment, training, and the start-up of a new rendering plant. Zach also has experience as a Maintenance Manager at Darling Ingredients from June 2017 to September 2018 and as an Operations Supervisor for Rendering and Harvest at Triumph Foods, L.L.C. from June 2016 to June 2017.

Zach Deitrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement from Hawkeye Community College.
