Kairit Kulm

Kairit Kulm is an experienced professional currently serving as COO at Mountbirch since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing product design and development, tailor-made software solutions, and tech team extensions. Prior experience includes roles at Eesti Energia as Product Owner for Experience, focusing on customer experience systems across various markets, and as Head of Customer Services Digitalization during a period of international expansion. Earlier roles encompass QA Project Manager at Testlio, IT Project Manager for mobile app development at Eesti Energia, and IT Project Manager at the Centre of Registers and Information Systems, contributing to public sector projects under the Estonian Ministry of Justice. Kairit holds a Master’s degree in e-Governance Technologies and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, both from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
