Karsten Weltzien

Karsten Weltzien has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Karsten began their career at Hewlett-Packard Russia, where they held roles as Sales Representative and Key Account Manager before becoming the Country Manager for the MPG division. Karsten then moved on to EEPro GmbH, where they served as Geschäftsführer. Following that, they held Managing Director positions at aimex-solar GmbH, Ersol Thin Film GmbH, and intico solar AG. Karsten later became the Managing Director of selexos.management GmbH and Global Sales Director - Solar at AEG Power Solutions. In 2016, they joined Mounting Systems GmbH as the Head of Products and Technology, and in 2018, they assumed the role of Head of Sales. In 2019, they founded Vaylax Group.

Karsten Weltzien attended Technische Universität Dresden from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Dipl.-Ing. in the field of Biomedical Technics.
