Abdul Mubin

Abdul Mubin is currently employed as a Call Handler at Mountjoy since July 2023. Previously, Abdul worked at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks from June 2022 to March 2023 as a Customer Service Advisor, handling emergency supply interruptions and liaising with various teams. Abdul also served as a Connections & Engineering Advisor in the same company, utilizing CRM systems for network connection applications. Earlier experience includes roles at Southern Co-op as a Home Delivery Picker & Driver and Customer Service Assistant from August 2019 to December 2022, and as a Sales Assistant at Whittard of Chelsea from November 2018 to April 2019. Abdul is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing at the University of Portsmouth, expected to graduate in June 2024, after previously studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with Criminology at the same institution.
