Rob Hodges is currently the Managing Director at both Mission Coffee Works and Mouse Tail Coffee, where they focus on operational excellence and fostering community connections through specialty coffee. Previously, Rob held various management roles, including Head of Operations at Farmer J and Director of Operations at The Gentlemen Baristas, leading teams to improve service and profitability. Rob also gained valuable experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at Merlin Entertainments Group and was instrumental in opening new retail locations while ensuring high standards across multiple brands. Rob earned a 2:1 degree in Sports Science from Kingston University.
