Ben Roome

Ben Roome is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational roles. Since November 2013, Ben has served as the CEO of Mova and previously held the same title at at800 until July 2021. In addition to executive roles, Ben is an Ambassador for STEM.org, advocating for STEM education, and has been a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows since July 2016, promoting wisdom and leadership development. As a member of the UK Spectrum Policy Forum since November 2013, Ben contributes to shaping policies regarding spectrum management. Other notable positions include serving on the Customer Panel for South East Water and as a Governor at Slade Primary School, where oversight of performance data was a key responsibility. Ben's career also includes significant roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Nortel, backed by a BSc Hons in Physics with Optoelectronics from The University of Manchester.
