Kristi Davidson

Kristi Davidson began their legal career at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in 1999, where they eventually became a Shareholder/Partner. Kristi provided strategic advice to clients and played a leadership role in the firm's Consumer Products, Fashion & Retail industry group. In 2016, Kristi joined Kyko Global, Inc. as Counsel, where they reorganized the company's holdings and resolved disputes. In 2017, they joined Movado Group, Inc. as the VP, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Responsibility, focusing on areas such as brand protection, commercial transactions, diversity and inclusion, litigation, and regulatory compliance. Kristi also participated in a program at Coro Pittsburgh and worked as a Summer Associate at Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP.

Kristi Davidson completed their education in a sequential manner. Kristi obtained their J.D. degree in Law from William & Mary between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Truman State University and earned a B.S. degree in Justice Systems (Major) with a minor in Music. Kristi also received a college preparatory HS Diploma from Knob Noster High School in 1992.
