Lu Joe

Lu Joe has a strong background in human resources and administration. From 2013 onwards, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Director for Movado Group, Inc, where they played a critical role in driving the people agenda and ensuring effective execution at the country level. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they worked as an HR Manager for Ace Global Distribution (Shanghai) Ltd, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, payroll, and benefits management. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Training Support Supervisor at CIIC HR Consulting Company, where they handled various HR and administrative tasks.

Lu Joe has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Technology from Shanghai Normal University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Lu also holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Renmin University of China, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.
