Jeff Harter has extensive work experience in operations management and business development. Jeff'smost recent role is as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Movano Inc. Jeff previously worked as an Operations Manager at Larson Automation, where they organized and trained a team to work efficiently in design, manufacturing, and testing. Jeff also served as a Project Manager at Mullins Construction and Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Prior to that, they were the Director of NPI Business Development at Sanmina, where they led a sales team and facilitated effective new product introduction. Jeff also held the position of Operations Manager at Larson Automation, where they reorganized and trained a team for cost-effective operations. Jeff worked as the Manager of Program Management at Benchmark Electronics, managing customer relationships and forecasting. Additionally, Jeff served as a Commodity Manager in the Supply Chain department at Symmetricom, managing product transfer and material supply. Jeff began their career as a Project Manager at Greenovation and later worked as a Field Account Manager at Arrow Electronics, overseeing sales and supply chain management.
Jeff Harter attended Branham High School from 1970 to 1974, where they studied architecture. After completing high school, they went on to enroll at Biola University from 1974 to 1980. During their time at Biola University, Jeff focused their studies on psychology.
