Koen Herms

Koen Herms is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Movares since September 2023, Koen previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Linx IT Solutions from July 2016 to September 2023. Prior to that, Koen worked at Motiv ICT Security for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included software architecture and development of secure information systems in ASP.NET. Early career experiences include a Developer role at Peak-IT and a Graduate student designation at the University of Dunedin. Koen holds a Master's degree in Human Media Interaction from the University of Twente, is a Certified Software Architect from the Open Universiteit, and has completed studies in Mediatechnologie at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
