Abubacker Fouzal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service delivery and operations management within the telecommunications and technology support sectors. Since August 2014, Abubacker has held multiple leadership positions at CSS Corp, currently serving as Vice President & Associate Delivery Head in Engineering Services. Prior to this, Abubacker founded Wall Street Business Solutions, a BPO in Chennai, and held various managerial roles at Uninor, Aircel Limited, and Bharti Airtel Limited, overseeing customer service operations and enhancing customer experiences across multiple regions. Abubacker's tenure also includes significant contributions to Reliance Communications and Tata Teleservices Ltd., focused on service delivery and customer retention strategies. Abubacker holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from PSG College of Arts and Science.
