Bastiaan van Wijk is an experienced investment manager currently working at Move Energy since January 2024, where the focus is on investing in early-stage ventures that advance energy transition technologies. Prior to this role, Bastiaan served as an investment manager and senior project manager at YARD ENERGY Group from February 2016 to January 2024, overseeing the construction of Windpark Deil B. V and managing a 150 MW wind portfolio in Northwestern Europe. Additionally, Bastiaan has consulting experience in wind energy from Ecofys and completed a master's thesis at Delft University Wind Energy Institute. Education includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Innovation Sciences, both from Eindhoven University of Technology.
