Meagan O'Malley

Meagan O'Malley is the Special Events & Engagement Manager at Move For Hunger. Meagan has over 20 years of experience in event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Meagan has a proven track record of successfully executing events within budget and on time. Meagan is known for their ability to develop strong relationships with clients and vendors and their attention to detail. Meagan began their career in event planning as a Marketing Coordinator with Fonville Morisey Realty in 2000. Meagan then transitioned to the healthcare industry, working as a Public Relations Assistant with Evanston Northwestern Healthcare. In 2007, they joined Quintiles as a Tradeshow and Events Senior Marketing Associate. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing trade show and event programs for major pharmaceutical clients. In 2015, Meagan joined Impact XM as an Account Manager. In this role, they advised and provided strategic recommendations to client teams to maximize exhibit presence at conferences and gain maximum ROI from each opportunity. Meagan has been with Move For Hunger since 2020 and has been instrumental in helping the organization grow its engagement and fundraising efforts.

Meagan O'Malley has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Kenyon College in Liberal Arts - Foreign Language. Meagan also has a High School diploma from Evanston Township High School. Furthermore, they have various certifications in Event Leadership, Social Media Marketing, Real Estate Sales, and Event Management.
