Stephanie De La Hoz

Director, Programming at Move For Hunger

Stephanie De La Hoz is the current Program Director at Move For Hunger. Stephanie has a long history of working with service organizations, starting with their time as a Peace Corps Volunteer from August 2013 to November 2015. After their time in the Peace Corps, Stephanie became a High School Teacher, first at Honolulu Waldorf School from January 2011 to January 2013, and then at Cypress Bay High School from January 2010 to January 2011. Stephanie's impressive work history and dedication to helping others led their to their current position at Move For Hunger, where they have been working since November 2015.

Stephanie De La Hoz has a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Fundraising and a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion. Stephanie also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Education with a Minor in Italian Language & Culture from Florida International University. Stephanie is certified by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) in Italian Language Official Writing Proficiency Test - Level: Advanced Low, and by the State of Florida Department of Education in Florida Professional Educator's Certificate in Spanish (Grades K-12) and Italian (Grades K-12). Stephanie is also licensed by the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board in Hawaii Standard License in Spanish (Grades 7-12).

They are on a team with Margo Cianchetta - Senior Director, Development & Partnerships, Bridget Foley - Director, Multi-Family Programs, and Tanya Mariottini - Director, Global Mobility.
