Alison Pidgeon

Alison Pidgeon, MA, LPC has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of counseling and mental health. In 2005, they began their career as a Therapeutic Staff Support at CCRES. Alison then worked at Philhaven, where they held various roles including Outpatient Therapist, Clinical Coordinator, Day Hospital Counselor/Clinical Coordinator, and Director of outpatient services. In 2015, they established their own counseling practice, Alison Pidgeon, LPC, Counseling Services. Alison also founded and served as the CEO of Move Forward Counseling, a mental health specialized virtual assistant company, starting in 2015. Additionally, Alison worked as a Business Consultant at Practice of the Practice, providing expert advice and guidance. In 2022, they successfully sold Move Forward Virtual Assistants and continues to make a significant impact in the counseling field.

Alison Pidgeon, MA, LPC completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, where they were enrolled from 1999 to 2003. Alison then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.
