Manuel Milagre

Manuel Milagre is a highly experienced finance professional with expertise in various industries. Manuel is currently the CEO Founder of Move On Logistics, a Third-party Logistics (3PL) company specializing in fleet management of electric shared vehicles. At Move On, they manage a fleet of over 5,000 scooters and e-bikes in Portuguese cities, utilizing innovative approaches and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to their current role, Manuel served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Welink from December 2022 to November 2023. Manuel was responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations during this period.

Manuel also held the position of Group CFO at Flow Way, SA from May 2022 to November 2022. Manuel played a key role in financial management and strategic decision-making for the company.

Before joining Flow Way, Manuel worked at Boost Portugal as Group CFO from May 2021 to May 2022. At Boost, they were involved in various financial activities such as budgeting, financial statement analysis, valuation, and capital budgeting. Manuel also contributed to the strategy and scale-up of the company's micro-mobility fleet management projects.

From 2016 to 2021, Manuel served as the Finance Director of Flow Way, SA, where they ensured financial control and provided support to the PE firm that invested in the company.

Earlier in their career, Manuel worked as the Head of Strategy & Finance at MBA Empire Ltd., overseeing the strategy and finance departments of the company's Indian branch. Manuel played a crucial role in the expansion and development of the branch.

Manuel's experience also includes serving as a Member of the Municipality Assembly of Coimbra at Câmara Municipal de Coimbra from 2013 to 2016.

Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager & Business Development at ISA - Intelligent Sensing Anywhere from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they managed a significant public-private partnership contract and was responsible for financial modeling, bidding on tenders, and contract negotiation.

Manuel Milagre completed their Post-Graduate degree in Corporate Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics in 2021. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra. In 2009-2010, Manuel participated in an Exchange Student Program at Universidade Federal da Bahia in Salvador, Brazil, focusing on Civil Engineering.
