Monika Moss Gransberry

Monika Moss Gransberry is a seasoned expert in management consulting, serving as the Founder and President of MKM Management Consulting since 1987, where Monika offers meeting design, facilitation, strategic planning, and coaching services. As a faculty member for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, Monika teaches leadership and people management modules. In addition to senior coaching and training roles at Move The Crowd, Monika has been recognized with the Gestalt OSD Lifetime Achievement Award for their contributions as faculty at the Gestalt OSD Center. Monika also coaches executives at Cambria Consulting, performs as an actor represented by The Docherty Talent Agency, and manages a publishing house focused on professional development. Their past leadership roles include serving as Vice-Chair of the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and Manager of Strategic Planning for the Consortium of African American Organizations. Monika holds MFA and BFA degrees in Theatre Management and Theatre Arts, respectively, and a Post Graduate degree in Organization and Systems Development.
