Chance Lacy has worked in a variety of roles within the furniture, design, and hospitality industries since 2014. In 2014, they began their career as an Administrator at Apple, where they were responsible for overseeing repair processes and tracking inventory movements. Chance then moved to The Spencer Company in 2016 as a Project Coordinator, where they developed design concepts for new prospective commercial jobs, scheduled and ordered proper product for upcoming interior renovations, and invoiced clients upon project completion. In 2017, Chance worked as a Gallery Design Consultant for Dal-Tile Corporation, where they assisted clients in creating designs and planning finishes, and maintained and shared knowledge of new product launches. In 2018, they began working for Porcelanosa as an Architecture & Design Account Executive, where they worked directly with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and developers to source product for project needs. In 2019, Chance worked as a Sales Manager - Catering and Events for Magnolia Hotels, where they focused on catering segment to prospect business with new contacts daily and followed-up on all leads and bookings to meet or exceed quota on a quarterly/annual basis. In 2020, they began working for both The Source and MoveWorks, Inc. as an Account Manager. At The Source, Chance provided personalized furniture solutions to meet any corporate budget, while at MoveWorks, Inc. they helped Dallas businesses make important and cost-effective decisions for any local or long-distance move solutions.
Chance Lacy attended Dallas College from 2016 to 2018 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies. Chance is currently enrolled in Yorkville University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
