Jaime Piepenburg began their work experience in 1999 as a Lease to Loan Consultant at Bank One. In 2004, they transitioned to Move, Inc (AKA Realtor.com) as a Customer Service Representative and were promoted to a Quality Assurance Specialist role in 2005. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, they recorded, listened to, and analyzed calls from various departments. They then advanced to the position of Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, where they continued evaluating Customer Care Reps and trained a QA Rep. In 2021, they became the Quality Assurance Customer Care Lead, providing support and guidance to their team.

Jaime Piepenburg earned a diploma in General studies from Peoria High School between 1991 and 1995.
