In addition, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2020. Erica also holds a Technical Writing: Quick Start Guides certification from Lynda.com, which they obtained in December 2018, and a Certified Associate in Health Information & Management Systems certification from HIMSS, which they obtained in April 2016.
