Prior to MoveEasy, Venkatesh was a Sourcing Associate at A.T. Kearney, one of the leading management consulting companies. Venkatesh was responsible for leading several sourcing and procurement transformation projects in the consumer goods, food, and chemical sectors.

Before A.T. Kearney, Venkatesh was an intern at Primus Power, a leading DOE-funded startup in the distributed energy space providing solutions for cost-effective energy storage to improve electric stability and security. Venkatesh was responsible for sourcing key components and raw materials for an initial product demonstration for the DOE.

Venkatesh started their career as a Project Manager at Fisher Professional Services where they worked with clients such as Nationwide Children's Hospital and Center for Business Performance Management.

Venkatesh Ganapathy received their MBA in Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Venkatesh also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune University.
