Venkatesh Santhanagopalan

Venkatesh Santhanagopalan has been working in the field of physical design engineering since 2011. Venkatesh began their career at Intel Corporation, where they served as a Physical Design Engineer from 2011 to 2019. During this time, they were part of the top-level team responsible for the global clock distribution for Graphics/Media/Display IPs and was responsible for local clocking quality for various IPs using custom CTmesh and native ICC2 MSCTS methodology. Venkatesh also innovated new ways for integrating global and local clocking structures to eliminate hierarchical dependencies. In 2019, Venkatesh moved to Apple, where they served as a Senior Physical Design Engineer. Venkatesh currently works at Movellus Inc. in the same role.

Venkatesh Santhanagopalan received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2006 to 2010. Venkatesh then went on to earn a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University from 2010 to 2011.
