As CEO and President of Movement Bank from January 2019 to February 2023, Rupp focused on enhancing community access to financial services. Prior roles include CEO of Four Oaks Bank, SVP of Mortgage and Retail Banking at VantageSouth Bank, and CEO of Greystone Bank. Rupp also served as EVP of Consumer Banking and Mortgage at Regions Bank and held senior VP positions at Bank of America and First Union National Bank. Rupp earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
