As the Founder of Movement Company since 2018 and a Corporate Fitness & Health Club Consultant since 2012, Gema has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing fitness operations. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Executive Fitness Corporate Wellness (2013-2018) and Director of Spa & Fitness at WTS International (2013-2014). Gema's background also features significant contributions as Wellness Center Director at Club One, where a successful re-launch of a fitness facility was executed. An academic foundation in Kinesiology from California State University, Long Beach, complements Gema's practical expertise.
