Katie Brooks

Katie Brooks is an experienced District Director at Movement since May 2021, where responsibilities include empowering local directors to exceed KPIs and fostering a collaborative remote team. With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Katie enhances organizational policies as a member of the DEI Strategic Committee, developing training resources and embedding DEI principles throughout the organization. Prior to this role, Katie served as Gym Director, ensuring operational excellence with a focus on team culture. Experience includes positions at Movement Climbing + Fitness as Assistant Gym Director, and at LIV Sotheby's International Realty as Office Manager, where oversight of office operations and staff training was key. Earlier roles include office administration and real estate at RE/MAX Alliance and teaching mathematics at Denver Public Schools. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Law from Georgia State University.
