Currently serving as a Senior Campaigner at Resistance Labs since October 2019, McCall previously held roles such as Email Campaigner at the Progressive Change Campaign Committee and Political Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. A career spanning from 2006 includes positions like Director of Campaign Services at the Victory Fund & Institute and various campaign management roles for candidates such as Al for Sterling and Kevin Rader for State Senate. McCall began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.
