Jared Avidon

Jared Avidon, M.S. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and recruitment. Jared currently holds the position of Cyber Security Operations Lead at Movement Mortgage since June 2023 and previously served as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior to their role at Movement Mortgage, Jared worked at Advanced Fraud Solutions, where they held positions such as Director of Compliance and Support from June 2021 to November 2022, Manager of Training and Support from August 2018 to June 2021, and Training and Support Specialist from May 2016 to August 2018. Before that, Jared worked at The Select Group as a Professional Technical Recruiter from September 2013 to May 2016. Throughout their career, Jared gained experience in various aspects of cybersecurity, compliance, support, training, implementation, and technical recruitment.

Jared Avidon, M.S. holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology - Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations from High Point University, during the period of 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the Fortinet Certified Fundaments: Cybersecurity certification from Fortinet in December 2023.
