Jessica Floyd

Jessica Floyd began their career as a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Navy from 2001 to 2005. Jessica then worked as an Accredited Skin Care Consultant for Clinique from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, they joined Movement Mortgage as the Post Closing Manager, managing a department of 5 teams and over 35 team members. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Mortgage Underwriter, making calculated risk decisions on loan applications. In 2015, they became the Production Manager, overseeing the largest market within Movement Mortgage and supervising Loan Officer Assistants. Jessica was then promoted to the role of Underwriting Team Lead from 2016 to 2020, where they managed workflow and quality control for a team of Sr. Underwriters. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations Learning & Development, responsible for planning and executing the organization's L&D strategy for operations.

Jessica Floyd obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2011 and 2014.
