Jolien den Hartog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, strategic advising, and policy development. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Office and Head of HR & Culture at Movement On The Ground since June 2022, Jolien focuses on transforming refugee environments into supportive and empowering spaces. Prior to this role, Jolien held various positions including Human Resources Manager and was involved in organizations such as Hartmans Netwerk and Vereniging Gehandicaptenzorg Nederland as a policy advisor. Experience as a strategic advisor for Gemeente Scherpenzeel and Gemeente Wijk bij Duurstede included responsibilities related to economic affairs, rural development, and tourism promotion. Jolien holds a Master's Degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
