Scott McAfee, PT, DPT, OCS has a diverse range of work experience in the field of physical therapy. Scott currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at MovementX, where they provide personalized and affordable care to patients in the Washington DC, northern Virginia, and Maryland areas. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Resident at Adventist Health Glendale, where they were a member of the Next Gen Executive Committee and served as a clinical instructor and faculty member at USC, APU, and Occidental College. Scott also held a leadership role as the Nominating Committee Chair on the Student Assembly Board of Directors at the American Physical Therapy Association, where they facilitated new initiatives and inspired student involvement and activism. Overall, Scott's experience showcases their commitment to providing high-quality physical therapy care, promoting professional development, and fostering student engagement in the field.

Scott McAfee, PT, DPT, OCS completed their education at the University of Southern California, where they earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended UCLA from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science. Scott also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Clinical Instructor from the American Physical Therapy Association, which they obtained in January 2017. Additionally, they have certifications in CPR and as a Camp Counselor from the American Red Cross and American Camp Association, respectively.
