Richard Rosser is a business strategist and entrepreneur. Richard is the co-founder of Movemeon, a company that provides real-time salary and employee satisfaction benchmarking. Richard has also worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company, where they advised companies in consumer goods, retail, healthcare, and green-tech on growth strategy, marketing, and organisational development. In January 2021, Rosser founded Payspective, which merged with figures.hr in June 2022.
