Mohamed Mahmoud has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 1997 with roles as a Front Office Shift Leader and Trainer at Le Meridien Pyramids and an In-Store Trainer at TGI Fridays. Mohamed then worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Leadership DC Trainer at Americana, Qatar Food Company before returning to Le Meridien Pyramids as a Food & Beverage Trainer and later as a Front Office Senior Shift Leader and F.O Trainer. In 2005, Mohamed joined Le Meridien Luxor as a Training Manager and then moved on to Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts, where they held positions as a Training Manager, Director of Training, Cluster Director of Learning & Development, and Director of Learning & Development for Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed Mahmoud completed their education in Hotel Management. Mohamed earned a Diplome in Hotel Affairs from the Advanced Technical School for Hotel Affairs in Cairo from 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, they obtained a B.Sc. from Helwan University Cairo in Hotel Management from 1995 to 1999. Mohamed then pursued an M.Sc. in Hotel Management from 1999 to 2005 at the same university. Lastly, they engaged in the Ph.D. preparation phase in Hotel Management at Helwan University Cairo from 2008 to 2017.
