Karen Buckley

Karen Buckley is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Movera since April 2024. Previously, as the People Director at 100% Group Limited from January 2022 to October 2023, Karen was instrumental in building the People function and delivering the People Strategy. Prior roles include strategic positions at Glen Dimplex Consumer Appliances, Turning Point, and Cox Automotive Europe, where responsibilities encompassed transformation initiatives, M&A activities, and leadership in employee wellbeing and diversity. With a foundational education in Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Westminster, Karen has developed a robust career in people management and organizational development across various sectors.
