Giulio Olivero

Giulio Olivero started their professional career in 2016 as a Trainer and Sparring Partner at FITeT, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they did a Research Internship at Université Grenoble Alpes. Later in the same year, they also worked as an IRM intern at KPMG. In 2020, they joined ALTEN and held two positions. Initially, they worked as a Business Intelligence Developer, responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Data Scientist, specializing in machine learning and natural language processing. Since 2022, Giulio has been working as a Data Scientist at Mover Systems.

Giulio Olivero has a strong educational background in mathematics, stochastics, data science, and industrial and applied mathematics. Giulio began their academic journey in 2009 at Liceo Internazionale Scientifico Carlo Botta, where they completed their secondary education. In 2014, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Torino, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, which they successfully completed in 2017.

To further enhance their expertise in their field, Giulio pursued advanced studies. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Università degli Studi di Torino once again, this time for a Master's degree in Stochastics & Data Science. Concurrently, in 2018 and 2019, they engaged in additional academic opportunities at the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and Université Grenoble Alpes, respectively, focusing on Industrial and Applied Mathematics and Statistique et sciences des données.

In addition to their formal education, Giulio has obtained certifications from Microsoft. In January 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, showcasing their proficiency in data science on the Azure platform. Furthermore, in February 2022, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification, emphasizing their understanding of foundational concepts in Azure data services.
