ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll own the relationship, success and growth for our clients with a global reach. Internally, you’ll lead our cross-functional team to deliver innovative work, as well as lead other global agency partnerships. You’ll juggle competing priorities, from pricing to resourcing, as you grow your revenue and profitability. Externally, you’ll lead our clients to success they dreamed of. You’ll intuit their needs and inspire them with what’s possible.
We’re looking for a savvy business leader: someone who understands an agency P&L and how we grow, and equally understands a client CMO’s business struggles and how they grow. We need a socially-native thinker, who understands how to use social media to drive key client outcomes.
This will be a full-time, permanent position.
