Philip Kibbey

Philip Kibbey has extensive experience in customer success, government affairs, and product management. Currently serving as the Copilot Product Rollout Lead at Moveworks since November 2020, Philip has held various key positions within the organization including Director of Government Affairs and Director of Customer Success Operations. Prior to Moveworks, Philip was an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at WorkBoard Inc. and founded Uncharted Vines, LLC, a French wine import and wholesale distribution company. Philip also worked with the United States Senate's Select Committee on Ethics in multiple roles, including Product Owner & Manager for the eFD Web Application. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead and Performance Analyst position at Cambridge Associates and serving as a Special Assistant for Financial Disclosure at the United States Senate. Philip holds a degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Wine and Management degree from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
