Will Ji

Will Ji is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success operations and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Operations at Moveworks since October 2020, Will is integral to the onboarding and education strategy that enhances customer satisfaction and product success. Prior to Moveworks, Will held various managerial roles at Medallia, where responsibilities included overseeing partner-led accounts and implementing processes that improved program health and client relationships. Additional experience includes project management roles at CPQ Solutions, Lieberman Research Worldwide, and early leadership positions in student government and organizations. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
