Alessandro Bolognini is a seasoned HR and legal professional with extensive experience across various industries, including medical and life sciences. Currently serving as HR and Legal Director at Movi Spa since February 2023, Alessandro is instrumental in shaping organizational transformation and driving company performance. Previously, Alessandro held the position of Partner at Coreconsulting SpA, focusing on change management and people empowerment from January 2014 to January 2023. Notably, Alessandro's tenure at ITT Corporation as VP HR and Corporate Responsibility Director involved leading global human resources initiatives and overseeing legal compliance, including international agreements and labor relations.
