Carla Sardinha Vieira is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of the Strategic Planning Department at Movicel since March 2020. With extensive experience at Movicel from January 2009 to January 2018, Carla held roles as Director of Customer Relationship Management and Head of Customer Service, focusing on enhancing customer experience. Prior to Movicel, Carla worked at Portugal Telecom from 1994 to 2008, managing campaigns related to upselling, churn, and retention, and coordinating client relationships. Carla's educational background includes executive education in Strategic Planning from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Post Graduation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with additional qualifications in Communication and New Information Technologies from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
