Dmitriy Kotkin is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Dmitriy serves as President and CEO of Passive Detection Systems, and holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Utopia, Altavod, and MovieRanker. Prior to these roles, Dmitriy was President and CEO of Kotkin LLC from 2001 to 2019 and served as Chief Software and Solutions Architect at both Intergam Online and ReadOz from 2007 to 2016. Dmitriy began the professional journey as a Unix System Administrator at Consul, IT and Networks, NetByNet.ru, and the Scientific Research Institute of Automatic Equipment from 2002 to 2003.
