Muhammad Khurram Jassal

Muhammad Khurram Jassal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2006, they worked as a Team Lead in Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd until 2009. From 2011 to 2015, Jassal worked as a Customer Service Specialist in SecureTrack (Pvt) Ltd, where they effectively managed customer queries and complaints. In 2019, they served as a Junior Operations Analyst in Circ, responsible for daily operations, data analysis, and bug resolution in customer and management applications. In 2021, Jassal worked as a Warehouse Assistant in AB Catering, ensuring sufficient inventory levels and timely order dispatch. From 2021 onwards, they joined uTest, Testbirds, and Usertesting as a Software Tester, showcasing skills in finding and reporting software defects as well as testing web and android based applications. Currently, Jassal is working as a Software Tester in MovieStarPlanet ApS.

Muhammad Khurram Jassal completed their BCS(Honors) degree in Computer Science from the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology from 2001 to 2006. Muhammad Khurram then pursued a Masters degree in Informatics from the University of Borås from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Muhammad Khurram Jassal has obtained several certifications related to software testing and automation. These certifications include Agile Testing, JMeter: Performance and Load Testing, Software Testing Foundations: Test Management, SQL for Testers, Understanding Manual Testing, Python Automation and Testing, Learning Jira Software (2019), Test Automation Foundations, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, Software Testing Foundations: Test Techniques, and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL). These certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023 from institutions such as LinkedIn and Brightest.
