Natália Zeferino Gonçalves

Natália Zeferino Gonçalves is currently a People Manager at Movile. Natália has been with the company since May 2021 and previously held the position of HR General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for all areas of HR and Culture at Movile, including attraction, recruitment, development, business partner, internal communication, diversity, total compensation, events and facilities.

Prior to their current role, Natália was the HR Manager for Culture, Internal Comms, Diversity and Design. In this role, they were responsible for people management, maintaining and implementing the culture at all Movile offices in LatAm and USA, mediating social projects and diversity issues, and leading endomarketing campaigns. Natália also developed values, expected behaviors, actions and culture matrix for the company. Additionally, they managed internal communication channels and developed internal content. Natália also oversaw the planning and execution of internal events such as the end of year party for 2.600 people, happy day, family day and happy hours.

Natália Zeferino Gonçalves has a post-graduate in economics and a bachelor's in media studies from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
