Ricardo Chaves

Ricardo Chaves is a seasoned DevOps Specialist with extensive experience in both global and LATAM environments. Currently employed at Sinch since March 2021, Ricardo focuses on maintaining the availability of messaging platforms across multiple infrastructures, developing automation, and creating CI/CD solutions. Simultaneously, at Movile since September 2018, Ricardo enhances database management, automates containerized monitoring using Prometheus, and develops tools in Python and Go. Prior experience includes serving as Infrastructure Manager at FS, where Ricardo led a team in creating automated deployment processes, and various roles in system and network administration at Contplay, R7.com, and PINKBIJU. Ricardo holds a postgraduate degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from UFSCar.
