Paula Flach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paula worked at Moving Adventures Medien GmbH from 2013 to present, starting as a Junior PR Manager and moving on to roles in Programming & Editorial, Project Leadership, and finally as a Program Director. In 2020, they became the General Manager of Great Expectations & Yellow at MakeMunichWeird. Prior to that, they had a scholarship at the University of Bergen and worked as a Scholar at the Department for Information Science and Media Studies. Paula also had an internship at Sueddeutsche Zeitung and worked as an Assistant Teacher at the University of Bergen. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a trainee and freelance collaborator at Bayerischer Rundfunk and worked as a Press Assistant at Bergen Internasjonale Film Festival.
Paula Flach's education history begins in 2007, when they enrolled at the University of Bergen (UiB) to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Culture. Paula completed this program in 2010. In the same year, they also attended Université Rennes 2 for a brief period and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film-/Kino-/Video-Studien. Following this, Paula furthered their studies at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media and Film Studies.
