Karen Rosser

Karen Rosser is an experienced professional in environmental regulation and law enforcement, currently serving as Project Team Manager and Enforcement Team Leader at the Environment Agency since June 2013. In this role, Karen leads initiatives in environmental crime investigation and incident response. Additionally, since June 2020, Karen has been a Programme Partner for 30% Club at Moving Ahead, facilitating the Gender Equity Programme through mentor and mentee support and event organization. Previously, Karen was a Police Officer at both the Metropolitan Police (2002-2013), focusing on child protection and intelligence, and Sussex Police (1998-2002), where duties included neighbourhood policing and evidence gathering. Educational background includes a BA(hons) in Media Production from Bournemouth University and studies in Media Production, Communication and Media Studies at Boundstone Community College.
