Rachel Vecht

Rachel Vecht is a seasoned educator and leader with over 25 years of experience in teaching and parent education. In 2001, Rachel founded Educating Matters, a company dedicated to supporting the emotional and mental wellbeing of parents and carers through a multidisciplinary team. Currently, Rachel serves as a Storyteller for TLC Lions, promoting workplace culture transformation through storytelling, and as a Board Member at Careers After Babies, working to enhance employer recognition for supporting working parents. Rachel also delivers keynote speeches on inclusive workplaces with organizations such as Moving Ahead and Bright Horizons, while partnering with Flexa to help companies achieve employer of choice status. Rachel holds a PGCE in Primary Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and a BA in History from the University of Leeds.
