Ernesto Perez

Ernesto Perez is a Design/Coordination Engineer at MWI Pumps since May 2021, focusing on cost-effective designs that enhance production efficiency while utilizing Macola software for Bill of Material releases. Prior to this, Ernesto held positions as a Jr. Design/Coordination Engineer and Tool Design Engineer at Piece-Makers LLC, contributing to the development of OEM equivalent tools and generating detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. Ernesto also worked as a Mechanical Drafter, creating mechanical drawings and verifying models with precision measuring tools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production and Maintenance Engineer at TEMAZUL C.A., where responsibilities involved scheduling preventive maintenance activities and improving maintenance routines, and an internship at TurboCare C.A., supporting the maintenance department. Ernesto holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, earned between 2006 and 2011.
