Andres Paez Martinez is a highly experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at MovingLake since June 2022, Andres previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at VALOREO, where a team of 25 worked on innovative e-commerce solutions for Latin America. As CTO at Casai, Andres led a peak team of 45 professionals focused on technology for the short-term rental industry. Earlier experience includes software engineering and product management roles at Google, Amazon, and OCapital. Andres holds a degree in Telecommunications and Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is pursuing a Managerial Science & Engineering Graduate Certificate at Stanford University, complemented by certifications in Product Management and Entrepreneurship from recognized institutions.
